Sun & Scale was founded by entrepreneurs who were tired of the awkward side of traditional networking—the constant pitches, the small talk that goes nowhere, and the feeling that every conversation had an agenda. They wanted something different: a place where ambitious people could actually connect as humans first.
Sun & Scale brings like-minded people together in the Cádiz province through curated social events designed to feel natural, welcoming, and pressure-free. Events out in the sun and away from our desks. No pitching, no posturing—just good people supporting each other, sharing ideas, and growing together.
Because it’s connection, collaboration, and community that helps everyone scale up.

We offer a range of events from motivating coffee events to relaxing wine tastings, from invigorating padel games to restorative yoga sessions, and from inspiring explorations of the Cádiz province to calming tapas by the water. We keep the events as diverse as our group so that there is something for everyone.

This club is for entrepreneurs at all stages in their careers. Whether they are aspiring, established, or anywhere in between we are here to help each other scale up and achieve our business visions.

We use a human-centered approach when planning our events. As highly ambitious people ourselves we know how difficult it can be to network in an organic way and also connect with like minded people. It’s not just what we do—it’s how we do it that sets us apart.

Joining the club is completely free and includes invitations for our events. Each event varies in price depending on the nature of the activity. Each event will have the information up from with no hidden costs because as entrepreneurs we know how much transparency matters.

Long answer, we created this space to be free of advertisement but that doesn’t mean you can’t talk and be excited about your business or what you do. Feel free to share your vision and brainstorm with each other, but don’t pitch. Provide the opportunity to be of service to each other but wait to be asked.
